Deirdre
Warde, JD: Graduated
from Western State University, College of Law, Fullerton,
California in 1981 and was admitted to practice in the State of
California in the same year. She was born in Ireland, where she
graduated from University College, Dublin Ireland.

She has over twenty years of successful litigation experience in family law, and has provided vigorous representation for clients in all aspects of divorce, including child custody, and domestic violence. As an attorney, she aggressively pursues her client's interests in court. However, in keeping with the policy of the law to promote settlement, she makes every effort to negotiate an agreement with the opposing side when appropriate, to reduce the expense, trauma and delays associated with trial. As a mediator, she has over 10 years of experience and training in alternate dispute resolution through mediation, assisting couples in negotiating an agreement to provide for the division of their property and debts, support of the family, and shared time with their children. Assistant. Karen has a B.A. in Psychology, and obtained her
Paralegal Certificate in 1987. She has over 15 years experience
as a legal assistant. She assists Ms. Warde in preparing court
and other legal documents and in moving each case expeditiously
toward a resolution. Ms. Zakasky maintains contact with all
clients to keep them well informed about the status of their
