MEDIATION

An alternative to litigation, where couples in a divorce or similar action decide, with the assistance of a trained mediator, how:

  • Their property will be divided,

  • The family will be supported,

  • They will share time with their children,

  • Debts will be assigned.

Mediation can also be useful in negotiating prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements.

  • Avoiding the stress of litigation and reducing the

For mediation the couple will be charged an hourly rate payable at the conclusion of each mediation session.
